Why we use drones?

Drones allow us to safely and effectively inspect high-level and hard-to-reach areas such as roofs, chimneys, valleys, parapets, and flat roofs without the need for scaffolding or invasive access.

This improved vantage point helps us identify defects that may not be visible from ground level, including slipped or damaged roof coverings, defective flashings, chimney deterioration, and drainage issues. The result is a more thorough inspection, clearer reporting, and greater confidence in the findings of your survey.

Included as Standard in Level 2 & 3 Surveys

Drone imagery is included as standard with our Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, where suitable. This is not an optional extra, but a routine part of our inspection process designed to enhance the overall quality of the survey.

*Drone use is subject to suitable weather conditions and compliance with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations, and where these restrictions apply, alternative inspection methods will be used where possible.
