I acquired the company details from the gov.uk website. I needed an EPC quickly. I got a response to my enquiry within an hour and they did the inspection the following day, arriving promptly and sending the certificate through the same day. It was cheaper than arranging through an estate agent. Very impressed with the professional service, highly recommend and will use again. Good value for money.
